Tour the project workspace
The project sidebar groups work by purpose. On a small screen, open the project menu to reach the same destinations.
Design
- Designs contains final and working layouts. A design can have a face and back, use project data, and reference other designs.
- Scratch Pad is a freeform canvas for notes, shapes, artwork, arrows, and live design references.
- Datasets contains the rows and columns that produce variations of a design.
Content
- Images stores uploaded artwork and lets you organise, replace, crop, and check where an image is used.
- Variables stores a value that should stay consistent across many designs, such as a game title or brand colour.
- Fonts combines supported Google fonts with font files uploaded for this project.
Publish
- Team manages invitations and project roles.
- Export previews generated pieces, runs QA checks, and creates image or PDF files.
- Hosted exports manages persistent Tabletop Simulator decks and their retained versions.
Project settings
Settings contains the project name, cover, lifecycle state, archive tools, and deletion controls. Archive a project when it should leave the active library but may be needed again. Delete only after preserving any archive or export you need.
Moving between areas
The Designer includes direct links back to the project and its assigned dataset. Opening this documentation in a separate tab keeps the current design and undo history in place.
When several people work together, presence indicators show who is active. Give a teammate time to finish a change before replacing a shared image, renaming a column, or changing a design that they are editing.
