Account and security
Account settings apply across the projects you own or join.
Profile and connected accounts
Update your display information and connect supported sign-in providers from Account settings. Keep at least one sign-in method you can reliably access before removing another.
Never share a password, sign-in code, recovery message, or connected-tool token in a project, dataset, comment, screenshot, or support post.
Sign-in help
If a sign-in code does not arrive:
- Confirm the email address and check spam or filtered folders.
- Request one fresh code and use the newest message.
- Avoid repeatedly requesting codes, which can make it unclear which one is current.
- Contact support if the current method remains unavailable.
Export personal data
Account data export is different from a project archive. Use it when you need the account-level information made available by Studio. Preserve important project archives and generated files separately.
Delete an account
Account deletion can affect projects, ownership, subscriptions, and access. Before confirming:
- Transfer or preserve projects that other people still need.
- Download project archives and final exports.
- Review the active billing state.
- Tell collaborators about any project they may lose.
- Remove connected-tool tokens that are no longer needed.
Deletion is not a substitute for leaving one shared project; use the project’s Team settings for that.
