Plans and billing
The Billing page shows the plans, currencies, prices, and limits currently available to your account. Treat that page and the checkout summary as the final source before paying; documentation examples can become outdated.
Trials and subscriptions
A trial provides the features and limits shown when it starts. Before the trial ends, review the renewal date, price, currency, and billing cycle in Account settings.
Subscriptions renew on the displayed cycle until cancelled. A plan change may affect project limits or available export features; read the confirmation summary before accepting it.
Payment and invoices
Checkout and payment updates are completed on Stripe’s hosted pages. Gamepiece Studio does not ask you to place full card details in a project form, dataset, email, or support message.
Use Billing to open the supported payment-management and invoice tools. If a payment fails, follow the account alert and update the payment method before repeatedly starting new checkouts.
Cancel a subscription
Cancellation normally controls future renewal rather than deleting projects immediately. Read the effective date and resulting plan limits shown during the flow.
Before the paid period ends:
- Finish or download high-quality exports you need.
- Check whether project or storage limits will be exceeded.
- Preserve project archives outside Studio.
- Tell teammates if collaboration access will change.
Delete versus cancel
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Cancel when you want to stop future billing; use account deletion only when you intend to remove the account and have completed the broader ownership and data review.
